I cannot rate this place high enough! I bought a great car from here and about a week after, called about an issue I was having with it and Nic was right on it with a solution. The people who run this shop are super personable and I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car!

Seth was awesome and answered all my questions. Super polite, friendly service, let me test drive 2 cars and he even offered to let me drive 2 or 3 more, whatever I felt like I needed. He was honest and upfront about pricing. There was no pressure at all. It felt like integrity was part of their business, which I value enormously when it comes to car buying. I began looking here specifically because they had a lot of Hyundai Velosters, and not a lot of other dealerships had any. UPDATE: I ended up buying a Veloster Turbo from them, and 3+ years later, no issues at all...I love it!

We purchased a car from Autopilot at their Orem location in 2020. They were very personable and gave us a deal we were very happy with. We have been very happy with the car since that time. Two years later, we noticed that we had a miscommunication with a detail pertaining to the title during the sell. We brought the issue to their attention yesterday. Their owner personally called us immediately and gave us reasonable options about how we could resolve the problem. My wife and I really appreciated them working with us even two years after the sell.

Loved working with these guys! My wife and I bought a Subaru crosstrek from here today. This was the first car I’ve ever purchased that wasn’t from a private listing on ksl. I’ve always been hesitant to go through dealers but I would 100% use them again. Nick was amazing to work with. He didn’t pressure us or try to push us into a car we weren’t sure on. He was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. It was refreshing to work with him after looking at other dealers and dealing with their salesmen. Very impressed with the service Nick and Tucker offered to me. From when I called to set up an appointment to go in and test drive my truck, they were up front and honest about the previous damage to the truck. They were super helpful in having me take the truck to a mechanic and getting inspected as well. They have the best prices for what you are getting across the state. Definitely will go back to buy another car and I will most certainly recommend them to a friend for the wonderful service they offered.

We had an EXCELLENT experience at this dealership! Nick was very honest, straightforward, down-to-earth, and there was none of that salespitchy stuff you find with the other places. Just for a little bit of background, Tucker used to be the young mens president of my ward before he moved, so I got to know his character really well. I had heard of the dealership model they use in the past. Buying salvage titles, fixing them up, and reselling them. It is a model that if done wrong can screw the costumer big time. Tucker found a way to do the model right. He is also the only person I would really trust with this model. The best part of it all, was how easy it was. Most of my time there was spent catching up with Tucker and getting to know Nick. I drove the cars, picked one and paid for it. The rest was handled by Nick and Tucker. (There was also no pressure to buy a car)

Me and my wife found a car on Facebook that we loved. From the minute I texted Nick until we signed the paperwork on our new car, Nick and Tucker were nothing but extraordinary! This place is honest, fair and has some awesome sales people. Nick helped get me into a 2008 dodge caliber at a great price and even went the extra mile to replace the brakes, light fixtures, and tire pressure before he finalized the sale with me. He even took it to the wash and got me a full tank of gas before I left. They are awesome!

Its been mentioned before in the other reviews about the honest and transparent way these guys do business and it's true. My wife and I love our Sonata sport. Nick was great when we met he shook our hands and the first thing that he said was that the hood had an issue and at the time we couldn't lift it but said that it would be fixed asap. So we test drove it and we loved the car and wanted to get it but I was a bit unsure about buying a rebuilt vehicle without even seeing under the hood! I figured what the heck I wanna go home in the car and so we bought it and the next saturday we brought the car to who Nick set up the repair and it took 20 minutes and everything looked amazing under the hood! If your thinking of purchasing from these guys you really should.

Update: The battery of the car died while I was at a cabin in eastern Idaho. Luckily there were some friendly neighbors that could give me a jump. Texted the dealership about this issue and all they said was that it passed inspection and they didn't know why it had died. They told me to go to Pep Boys and that they would cover half the cost of a replacement battery for me! This was a great relief from the usual used car dealers. I bought a 2015 Kia Soul. I showed up and was immediately greeted warmly and was quickly shown the car I wanted to look at. After driving it and falling in love, I asked if I could take it in for an inspection. They let me take it to a mechanic and leave it there while it waited to be serviced. After the inspection, it just need a new front tire and they bought me one that was far better quality than the one that the mechanic suggested. Great quality car and everything was explained thoroughly through the whole process. This was my first car and never did I feel any pressure to buy it or to make a rushed choice!

I’ve had my car for one month now and I love it! There was a small issue with the AC but Auto Pilot took care of it and fixed the problem. They even delivered the car back to me at my house. Nick was great to work with!! I will definitely recommend Auto Pilot to any one buying a rebuilt car!

My husband and I had a great experience looking at a handful of cars on their lot yesterday. Nick was super helpful and genuine. We didn't feel any pressure to buy anything we weren't interested in and he was very upfront about the history of all the cars, even providing pictures of all the cars pre-repair and taking us right to the where the damage had occurred before we even got in the cars. I was helping my friend buy his first car in 2018 when we found a "too-good-to-be-true" deal from Auto Pilot. After multiple bad/scummy experiences with other dealers we were skeptical at best as we drove to Orem. Once we arrived, however, our fears disappeared completely; all our questions were answered honestly, we received pictures of the car pre-repairs, and we were allowed as long as we needed to get the car inspected by a certified mechanic. Everything checked out perfectly and the dealer was more than accommodating to our overly complicated loan approval process. The whole experience was positive, enlightening, and honest - truly refreshing. Also, the deal on the car was incredible. Very grateful for the guys here and their patience / honesty. NICK IS THE BOMB!!!!

Great people. I've known Tucker forever. My previous car was totaled in a hit and run accident and Tucker was the first one I went to. Him and Nick let me come by and take a couple of cars out for test drives and I found my Kia Soul that we have now. They let us take it to a mechanic to get it all checked out to make sure we were making a safe deal. These guys are willing to help you get a solid car.
